چکیده

Staphylococcus aureus can cause foodborne poisoning and form biofilms, reducing enterotoxin production the penetration rate of antibiotics. Therefore, infections poisonings caused by S. be difficult to treat. The aim this study was investigate antibiotic resistance levels isolates obtained from raw milk presence biofilm mecA gene reveal risk public health. isolated in 30 (30%) 100 samples Van province. A total 48 were samples. All (100%) resistant penicillin G cefoxitin, 4 (8.33%) sulfamethoxazole-trimethoprim chloramphenicol, 25 (52.08%) erythromycin. found susceptible ceftriaxone. In addition, 26 (54.16%) at least 3 strains cefoxitin also intermediate one Biofilm genes detected 18 (37.5%). Twelve biofilm-forming contain icaA (66.6%), icaD (16.6%) other bap (16.6%). Three three together. It determined that only 2 contained gene. containing genes. conclusion, fact had high resistance, genes, methicillin showed may a serious health problem.

Milk is considered a nutritious food because it contains several important nutrients including proteins and vitamins. Conversely, it can be a vehicle for several pathogenic bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus. This study aimed to analyze the frequency of genes encoding the nine Staphylococcal enterotoxins (SEs) and enterotoxin gene profiles in S. aureus isolates derived from raw bovine milk....
